Ethos Dining Room is a bespoke dining space full of atmosphere and the comfort of home.
Our menu is inspired by modern eastern European cuisine, with chef Meliss Palinkas paying homage to her Hungarian and German heritage. Our focus is on seasonal WA produce with low food miles and dishes, following our philosophy around sustainability and zero waste.
Our wine list is curated by co-owner Susan Whelan, with an emphasis on minimal intervention, natural, organic and sustainable viniculture practices. Her wines are carefully chosen from a showcase of the wonderful wines the Western Australian wine regions have to offer.
