Join acclaimed chef, Melissa Palinkas, for a dinner like no other at her award-winning restaurant Ethos Deli & Dining Room.

Using one whole West Australian pig, Chef Melissa will showcase charcuterie and talk guests through the many different pork cuts and how she utilises every part of the pig in her venues. She will also share her passion for working with sustainable and ethically sourced produce.

Then, guests will be treated to a 4 course dinner featuring dishes using the whole pig in a truly nose-to-tail dining experience. The menu will be matched with exceptional West Australian wines as curated by Susan Whelan.
